The Regional Business Journal reported this week that suburban office leasing is up 11% while downtown is flat. I am not surprised, and I don’t think it is a blip. Every tenant I have walked through a space this year asked the same first question: how long is the commute for my team? Landlords downtown are still pricing like it’s 2019. The ones who win the next five years will be the ones who stop selling square footage and start selling a shorter drive.

Tied to Real News
Article posts react to a real story from the past week, so you always have something current to say.
Written in Your Voice
Train it on your past LinkedIn posts or anything else you’ve written. Every post follows how you sound.
Profile or Company Page
Post as yourself, or as any company page you are an admin of.
No Sales Pitches
Posts build credibility instead of advertising your business. That is what earns followers on LinkedIn.

No outside links in the post, since LinkedIn shows those to fewer people. We post the link as the first comment for you, and hashtags go at the end.
